As a well-established national brand, Havwoods Accessories were well known offline and the vast majority of their existing customers were active on social media. As an extension to their marketing department, we facilitated the development of their social media profiles to ensure updates of value were published to their existing and potential new customers.
Havwoods Accessories are well known for their helpful and friendly customer service. In 2015 the Lucky 6 Marketing team worked closely with their marketing department establish the brand online via social media. We created content that represented their amazing customer service and well-developed branding. Part of this process involved publishing content that introduced individual members of staff to social media users as well as promoting the latest products and industry leading tools.
We helped to establish this well known and highly respected company make their mark online. From basic graphics and profile branding to engaging with their audience online, we helped put the basics in place that would support the in-house team going forward.
A strong online community was founded, regular updates kept the audience informed and branded visuals helped establish the brand online.
